As you know, the annual meeting of The Corporation of Alpha Zeta Delta of Chi Psi is held at Homecoming every year. This year’s meeting will be called to order at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2018. The location of the meeting will be the Zeta Delta Lodge located at 606 West Ohio Street, Urbana, IL.
The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

3. Old Business (none)
4. New Business (if any)
5. Elections
6. Comments for the Good of the Alpha
I am going to try to keep our meeting under a half-hour so that everyone can get on with enjoying the Homecoming festivities and get ready for kickoff. Please note – kickoff has been moved up to 2:30 p.m.
The following positions are up for election, and the following Brothers have been nominated to serve in those positions:
President – Matthew Hess, ZD ’00
Vice-President – Cameron Wall, ZD ’11

Treasurer – Chris Silchuck, ZD ’14

If you would like to nominate yourself or any other Brother to run for any of these positions, please send your nomination to Cameron Wall at [email protected]. In order to vote at the meeting, you must be a member of the Corporation in good standing, meaning you have paid your dues for this year. If you have not yet done so, you can pay your dues online by following this link: https://www.chipsi.org/donations/donate.asp?id=16273
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reply to this email or to contact me directly at [email protected]. I hope you can make it down to see the new Lodge and meet the current group of Undergraduates – they are an impressive bunch and are poised to do great things for our Alpha.
