One of our obligations as alumni brothers in Chi Psi is to to help our younger brothers plan for their future and prepare for life after college. For that reason, we are rolling out a new Career Guidance Program.
The program provides you with an opportunity to take a younger brother under you wing and mentor him as he transitions from college to professional life. Simply click here or follow the link on the home page and fill out the form if you are interested in participating in the program.
If you are a recent graduate and looking to be mentored by an older alumnus, you can fill out the form as well.
We will compile a database of all those interested in participating in the program, either as a mentor or as a mentee, and alert you when we become aware of a potential match. We will contact both the mentor and mentee to put you in touch with each other, and the two of you can strike up a conversation and see where it leads. Where the relationship goes from there will be up to you, but we are hopeful that it will be a rewarding experience for mentors and mentees alike. It is our belief that your participation in the program as a mentor will help provide our younger brothers with the guidance and advice necessary to succeed in today’s competitive professional climate (as well as potential job leads). It is also a great opportunity for you to reconnect with Chi Psi, to give back, and to strengthen your relationship with other brothers.
